Lancaster/Northumberland Explorer Post #684

Young people who have completed the 8th grade through 20 years old and are interested in a career in law enforcement can join Explorer Post #684, a joint program between the Northumberland County and Lancaster County Sheriff's Offices and the nonprofits Learning for Life and Exploring.

The program uses training and other engaging activities to provide young people a realistic and real-life view of the criminal justice system. Personal growth and development, character development, respect for the rule of law, physical fitness, good citizenship, and patriotism are all important elements of the program.
